The Mindshare program is intended to “share the minds” and facilitate knowledge spillover and a vibrant research and innovation ecosystem at the University of Arizona. RCT's work in antibody drug conjugates and their open innovation/collabration model are representative of industry approaches and activity in the community that might present collaboration opportunities for University of Arizona.
